1. No Refund for Services Once Initiated

Once a service request has been processed, assigned to a consultant, or any part of the service has been initiated (including documentation, communication, or filings), no refund shall be issued.

2. Eligibility for Refund (Before Service Initiation)

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only if:- The service has not yet been assigned to any consultant or team.- No preliminary work, including research or documentation, has been started.- The refund request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

3. Government Fees and Third-Party Payments

All payments made toward government charges, filing fees, stamp duty, or any third-party payments are non-refundable, under any circumstances, once remitted.

4. Delay or Non-Delivery by Client

If a client fails to provide the necessary information, documents, or responses within a reasonable time (typically 7 days), the service will be put on hold, and no refund will be processed. Resumption may attract reactivation or fresh service charges.

5. Service Non-Delivery

In rare cases where services appear undelivered, Aayojya shall not be held liable for any non-performance caused due to:- Delay or non-cooperation from the client;- Inaccurate or incomplete information submitted;- Unforeseen changes in applicable laws, rules, or government procedures.Refunds will not be provided in such cases. Clients are expected to cooperate in a timely and complete manner. Only where failure is solely and verifiably attributable to Aayojya, and no work has been initiated, a discretionary refund may be considered.

6. Modification or Cancellation Requests

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, any applicable deductions for admin, payment gateway, or initiation costs will be applied.

7. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
